100 People Participate in International Culinary Training in Central Jakarta

The Central Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency (Nakertransgi) today opened an independent international culinary training for workforce batch III at MH Thamrin RPTRA, Jalan Kenari 2, Senen.

Central Jakarta Nakertranagi Sub-agency Head, Sudrajat said the International culinary training is one of the efforts to create new entrepreneurs in his region.
"This is our effort to minimize the unemployment rate in Central Jakarta," he expressed, Monday (8/7).
Parekraf Agency - JF3 Holds Cultural Sight City TourToday's training was participated by 100 people. They were trained in making a variety of international dishes from the Danish Culinary School.
"It has been ongoing from today to August 11, 2023 with material in the form of theory and practice," he explained.
Endah Dwiyana (48), a resident of Kramat Lontar admitted she was happy to take part in this training. It was very helpful in selling food with a menu that was different from the others.
"Besides cooking, I'm looking for a unique product name and logo and a Business Identification Number (NIB)," she expressed.
She hopes to immediately open a culinary business at her home after attending this training.
"Hopefully, my culinary business will have many customers," she said.
As for the information, the Central Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-agency symbolically also provided free blenders, stoves, and gas cylinders to the participants.
